PooStation is a next-generation pet waste management company dedicated to designing smarter, cleaner, safer, and more sanitary pet waste solutions for today’s communities.
Our products are designed for HOA-communities, apartment complexes, condominiums, municipalities, retail centers, hospitality properties, universities, corporate campuses, dog parks, mixed-use developments, and virtually anywhere people and pets share outdoor spaces.
For more than 30 years, traditional pet waste stations have remained virtually unchanged. We saw an opportunity to completely rethink a product that millions of people use every day by improving sanitation, accessibility, safety, capacity, ease of maintenance, and the overall user experience.

Why We Built PooStation
For decades, communities have relied on pet waste stations that are often too small, difficult to maintain, easily damaged, and visually outdated. Empty bag dispensers, overflowing waste bins, broken components, limited accessibility, and frequent servicing have become common frustrations for property managers and residents alike.
We believed communities deserved something better.
PooStation was created to address these everyday challenges by combining approximately twice the bag capacity of a typical station with ADA-compliant accessibility, modern design, commercial-grade durability, and thoughtful engineering. Our goal is simple: help communities stay cleaner, reduce routine maintenance, improve accessibility, and provide a better experience for everyone. The Story Behind PooStation
The inspiration for PooStation began during the early development of NEXGEN DNA, Inc.
During that time, our founder, Avi Kosch, was involved in a serious accident that required him to use a wheelchair for an extended period.
The result became PooStation, a modern pet-waste management system built around innovation, accessibility, cleanliness, sanitation, and ease of use.
At PooStation, we believe that the easier it is to do the right thing, the more people will do it. Our goal is to encourage responsible pet ownership by making pet waste disposal easier, cleaner, and more convenient than traditional pet waste stations. With better nighttime visibility, oversized biodegradable bags, and hygienic hand and foot operated lid controls that eliminate the need to touch the waste bin lid directly, PooStation helps encourage more people to clean up after their pets. The result is cleaner parks, healthier communities, reduced exposure to pet waste and the bacteria, parasites, flies, and insects it can attract, and outdoor spaces that everyone can enjoy. PooDNA is the accountability platform that helps communities promote responsible pet ownership.
Designed for HOA-communities, condominium associations, apartment complexes, municipalities, retail properties, corporate campuses, and other managed environments, PooDNA allows communities to register dogs during the move-in, lease, or community registration process through secure DNA identification.
If pet waste is found on the property, a sample can be submitted to our specialized laboratory for DNA-analysis, allowing property management to identify the responsible pet owner and fairly enforce existing community policies.
PalDNA is the consumer-facing companion platform within the NEXGEN DNA, Inc. ecosystem
Through affordable DNA registration kits, pet owners will be able to register their dogs in minutes with a simple cheek swab, complete the registration information, place the sample in the provided package, and send it to our laboratory for processing.
Once registered, pet owners will gain access to a growing collection of personalized services, including breed identification, genetic insights, health and wellness recommendations, age-specific guidance, nutrition resources, activity suggestions, lost pet recovery tools, family lineage, sibling notifications, and future DNA-based innovations.
As the PalDNA database continues to grow through both retail registrations and participating communities, it will strengthen the entire NEXGEN DNA, Inc. ecosystem by improving pet identification, assisting shelters with lost pet recovery, and expanding the effectiveness of the PooDNA accountability platform.
